This shipped on March 11th and I haven't seen it yet. I even gave a good look all around the front porch in case it got stuck somewhere in the bushes. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Hmm... your order did go out on the 11th, so it certainly should have arrived by now. It has not been returned to us at this time, so it is most likely just delayed and still in transit. It's pretty rare for a package to disappear altogether in transit. Unfortunately, since this is not a trackable shipping method, the only way we can determine whether it's delayed or lost is by giving it time.

Therefore, let's give it another week to arrive (either on your side or ours). If you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, let me know and I will set your up with replacements.
