Speaking of which, I'm pissed that in the Inner Sea Campaign Guide, VC Drandle Drang is not listed as a prominent member in the leadership structure box on pg. 268, but then you have VC's I've never even heard of. Out of the 30 scenarios I've played, I'm almost certain I've ran into Drandle more than any other VC. That's a load of crap and I demand more love for the Drang (I even have a great voice for him when I roleplay as him)! How could you not even recognize the VC who always sends you off into the Blakros Museum?

Fair enough, Hestram sends you too but Drang > Hestram.
/BTW, apparently Drang used to spell his last name Drenge.

I expect that Drandle's advanced age and rapidly declining health has caused the author of The Inner Sea World Guide to leave his name off the list. The tome is meant as a reference for Pathfinders everywhere, presumably for many years (or generations) and it would not surprise me if Mr. Dreng is preparing to retire.
Perhaps he will receive an honorary entry into the Chronicles. Sort of a life-time achievement award.
Or maybe he asked not to be included. Having your name published attracts hero-worship and can lead to stalkings. We don't really want any undesirable characters hanging around the Lodge do we? Well, no non-members at least ;-)
The most recent mod I have lists his name as D.R.E.N.G. so I assume that is the correct spelling. Perhaps the authors of his previous entries (i.e. season zero) were in error. I assume they were flogged for such a mistake regarding such a honored leader of the society.

He did, in fact, ask for it to be removed. By taking his name from the list of important venture-captains it makes him seem less important.
Therefore, less folk suspect him of being the member of the Decemvirate that he is!

I think the gauntlet has been thrown down.

I have sat at your table Kyle and it has been one of the highlights of my PFS playing career. If you get a table at Gen Con comprised solely of the people on the boards that complain the mods are too easy, I think you will give them a good education and fun will be had by all.

1) Thanks!
2) I hope that every player at every table I run at Gen Con has fun, regardless of player type.3) You're probably right.
4) There ARE scenarios that even the best GM can't make challenging (regarding combat only)

All part of the cruel conspiracy of misinformation and slander that poor Drang has to put up with. Including the intentional maligning of what his name actually is!

Is that why in Seeker of Secrets his name is Declan Dreng?
/4th spelling of Dreng's name.
No, the "Declan" thing was an entirely different issue.
