Not sure if this belongs in Customer Service or General, but I wanted to send a thanks to the customer service department at Paizo. Through error of my own, I recently had some shipping issues with a product I purchased through the online store. When I contacted Customer Service, and got quick responses from a person with an actual name, and she did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of.
So, thanks Paizo Customer Service, and Sara Marie in particular, for the fantastic service. You guys dont just make great games, you run a great business!

In addition to emailing and posting on the Customer Service messageboard, I've called and talked to Cosmo a couple times about various issues. He's always been very helpful on the phone even though I like to imagine he's manning a huge old-fashioned switchboard of cables with 1/4" jacks.
As far as I can tell, Paizo presently has 3 CSRs in addition to their web and technical teams? (If I'm wrong on the count, the three I'm thinking of are Cosmo, Sara Marie, and Lilith. Did I miss someone?)
Anyway, accolades to the Paizo Customer Service Team. They're so nice I almost feel bad about taking up their time with my issues when I have them.
