Checked into it, the PDF on RPGNow is fine. If your download was corrupted, the advice from RPGNow was "download another copy".
The question I'm pondering is a different one. This file was uploaded to the Paizo store about 36 to 48 hours ago, and it's not live yet. I followed up with Vic about it, we should see it here shortly.
