The text says "When you use the...feat, you also forfeit any bonuses or extra attacks granted by other feats, spells, or abilities."
Lunge grants no extra attacks or bonuses (you actually lose 2 AC), it just gives you more reach. So, I say it works fine with Whirlwind Attack.
