Are there any maps of the area around Riddleport, kind of like the hinterlands around Sandport?
Apart from the general overland map of the Inner Sea, no, as far as I'm aware, there's no map of the area around Riddleport. Apparently there's nothing of interest outside of town. :)
I turned Riddleport into Farshore from the Savage Tide campaign. Then you have a map of the whole island.

At the very least I have some names I can ravage.
If I recall correctly, north of Riddleport is the domain of the Velashu Horselords, a nomadic people of mixed Shoanti, Ulfen, and Varisan decent (known as the 8th Quah, but only out of earshot of the Shoanti). So aside from some farmlands nearer the city, you're probably looking at a lot of wilderness area. At least, that's how I played it with my group.
