Pi day is always during Spring Break. My high school always did e day instead. (And the chemistry classes did Mole day.)

The hardest part was getting up early enough for the 6:22 am pancake breakfast.

I'll note that it would have been easier to have a 10:23 breakfast on 6/22 instead, but it had the same problem as Pi day: School wasn't in session.
