Bestiary Questions (maybe spoilers)

First I would like to say I love the severed head undead(especially the medusa one) and the new stuff for the animated objects and can't wait to see what the next creatures that get some love.

1)first question, is the Springheel jack supposed to have DR cold iron or any other defences that were left out by mistake and also it has an ability called scare that gets no description?

2)Does the changling have bonus to Wis or Int because both changling stats and it's description say more to Int?

3)The ectoplasmic creature says it gets a +2 to cha but says it's cha becomes 10 so wich is it? well

Many of the Beheaded are missing there attack bonus to hit with natural attacks and the belching ability does not give a range for the attack

Yes, the description of the ectoplasmic undead seems to say that they're sentient but tormented. But they have the zeroed/fixed mental stats of a zombie or skeleton. Maybe it's a fluff vs crunch conflict, with the unending torment of their state making them functionally unintelligent, at least as it applies to their tactics.

It looks like there was a change or rewrite partway through their design.

On a related subject, was there any thought put into making rules for creating Ectoplasmic undead? They seem really cool, and if I were a necromancer, I'd like to have a few alongside my zombie horde or skeletal legion.

I do not believe Spring Heeled Jack is supposed to have DR. The fey type doesn't automatically grant DR, and it seems he has more than enough abilities for a CR3. I think, not at all positive, though, that the Scare ability is referencing the Frightning Gaze ability explained further in the stat block.

My inclination for the Changeling is to go with the abilities as described in "Changelings as Characters", i.e. +2 Wis, +2 Cha, -2 Con, but I'm not sure. From the stat block it all seems a bit wonky to me anyway.

I'm not running this for a while, but I'd been thinking of using Spring Heeled Jack for a random encounter for my Kingmaker game, and possibly converting over the Cult of Gyronna event to have the leader be a Changeling, so I'm interested in an official answer, as well.

Let me run though these real quick.

1) Spring-heeled jack wasn't built with any DR and I think he's a fine challenge without it. Many fey have that kind of DR, but not all (the kelpie comes to mind). Scare got it's name changed to "frightening gaze" (which just never made it into its special attacks list).

2) The changeling gets discussed in detail here. Sounds like your questions are already addressed in there.

3) Keep the Cha bonus. The ecoplasmic creature is discussed here. What it comes down to is that the statblock should have 8 hit points instead of 9.

"4)" Numerous? I'm seeing it missing with the flaming skull, which should be a +1. Unless you also mean the swarm, which shouldn't have an attack bonus. As for the range on belching, say 30 feet.

Awesome having Spring-heeled Jack in the AP and getting read to expect the rest. I've just seen the new AP announced, looks interesting, but I'm getting side tracked.

My friend didn't like Changeling at all, finding the hag traits as useless and -2 con is never good. That's his thought I personally would've enjoyed playing at one imo.

CoT allowed you to change the Teifling's stat bonus if you took a certain feat. The fluff was the Teifling's bloodline determined the stat bonus. I think I will do a similar thing for the Changeling

Each Hag type will provide its own bonuses
