Which AP and Modules are related with Kaer Maga?

There is no specific Adventure Path that is related to Kaer Maga.

There are two adventures set in Kaer Maga, however. The Seven Swords of Sin by James Sutter established Kaer Maga as an interesting place to visit and created much interest which led to the creation of the supplement City of Strangers. The second module is for first level adventurers called The Godsmouth Heresy.

Fair warning, Seven Swords was sort of a challenge/tournament style module and was written before the creation of PFRPG so it is for 3.5 edition DnD.

Thank you for the information.

The City of Strangers mini-arc in Pathfinder Society are also set in Kaer Maga. These are The Shadow Gambit and The Twofold Demise.

There are also two Pathfinder Society scenarios set in the City of Strangers. It's a two-part series appropriately enough called "The City of Strangers". The first episode is PFS#51-The Shadow Gambit, and the second is PFS#52-The Twofold Demise. I know you didn't ask about PFS material, but I thought I'd mention it for the sake of completeness.

EDIT:Damn, ninja'd! Curse you Green Goblin!

also one of the first chapter of the Eando Kline stories (the fiction from AP 3 or 4 I think) takes places there

Yes, the chapter of Eando's journey that takes place there is entitled "Hand of the Handless" and appears in Pathfinder AP #3.

Thank you all.
