I am assuming that the Chelish city of Vyre (mentioned on p. 42 of "Skinsaw Murders", and home of the Skinsaw cults) has been excised from canon lore? I could only find one reference for it (see above), and it's not shown on the map of Cheliax in the original Campaign Setting, nor in the updated Inner Sea Poster Map Folio.

Nope; it's still in the game. It just hasn't had much done with it. It's located on the fringes of the nation, on the appropriately named "Vyre Island" just north of Kintargo.
