The simple Templates - specifically, the Celestial one - do not put any restrictions on what it can be placed on. Does that mean that you could have Celestial or Infernal Elementals or Plants, for instance?
Seems do-able.
Even thematic, in the case of fiend-tainted plant critters in service to Treerazer or Cyth-V'sug, or fiend-tainted elementals in service to the Daemon Horsemen (or celestial fire elementals in service to Sarenrae or Torag).
I would not be surprised, indeed, to find some examples of fiendish template plant creatures being mentioned in Second Darkness (in the sections dealing with Treerazer) or in Lost Cities of Golarion (Storasta, which happened to be in reach, and indeed has fiendish treants and fiendish giant flytraps, at minimum).
In the minute I was willing to devote to this notion, I didn't see any fiendish elementals, but absence of proof is not proof of absence. :)
