So I was looking at some of the creatures in both Bestiaries and I noticed that some (Jinkin in PFB2 for example) have Bonus Feats applied to them. I couldn't find anything in the rules for creating monsters about bonus feats so I was wondering, how does a monster or animal qualify for a bonus feat and what hit die does it apply to? Thanks for the help.
Bonus feats for monsters are the designer's way of saying "I cheated in building this monster."
Basically they felt the monster must have the feat and in order to get it the normal rules on feats are broken.

The designer has essentially given the creature a racial ability that says it gets that feat, in addition to the feats it normally receives due to hit dice and regardless of whether it meets the prerequisites. This also means that a creature that normally can't have feats (for example, if it's mindless) can have bonus feats.
