Order Problem

Hi, i recibe a product i buy you one month ago, this item: http://paizo.com/store/byCompany/r/rackham/confrontation/v5748btpy7d7o

The problem is that the item i have received, it isnt that. It is a box whit one cannon and 3 servants painted and made by plastic, not 2 cannon and 5 servants.

What can i do to have a solution?
