I have mixed feelings about the properties changing hands without pre-orders being fully honoured. How do I prove that I haven't received a refund? etc.. Also, its very early here but I keep having flashbacks about bona fide purchasers and equity and such wrt to accepting property you know people probably have a claim against.

But I've been marking exams all Christmas so I'm in an Issue spotting frame of mind

I understand your concerns. Answered to the best of my ability, here.

Thanks, that was just my law school brain speaking before coffee not my gamer brain. It's a messy situation from a lot of angles and I know you've been trying to fix it for a while now. You've addressed my concerns.

Lou doesn't have anyone's money and is not giving refunds. You have to get a hold of Nick for that. Which, of course, is the trick. I know that's not much help, but I just wanted to let you know that Lou will not be able to give you a refund so you wouldn't be expecting it from him. Sorry that's not much help.

Hey Sahandrian,

Greg's right. I've never had anyone's money and I've never been more than a work for hire for Nick. I also don't recall your email, though I'm sure you sent it.

I forward requests like that to Nick, which is all I can do for the moment. I'll point him at your post too.

Wish I could do more, but I'm simply not part of his company nor have I ever touched anyone's money.

Except Greg Vaughan's. I like to rummage in his wallet when he's not looking. :)

Oh Lou greate SORRY. I mean Nick, not u! Thanks that u send the request to him. I hope he answer here.

Hey!

Shame about all this. Nic was a great developer. While I didn't order the savage coast book and I don't know anything about his personal situation, it sad that he won't even post here to explain anything himself.
Paizo developers have always had a great relationship with the masses, especially so with a fan favorite like Mr. Logue. I feel bad for Lou taking on damage control so to speak.
