Beastshape To Hit rules?

Rules Questions

If I cast beastshape I and turn into http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/dinosaur.htm#deinonychus

Would that +7/+2/+2/+2 for the natural attacks stack on my BaB and STR?

If the deinonychus form receives to hit bonuses, would form of the dragon receive any additional bonuses?

Or am I misinterpreting beastshape?

You use your character's BAB

You add the attribute modifier to your current modifiers.
Example

You are a druid with
STR 14, and a BAB of 3

Let's say beast shape grant you a +2 strength bonus. I did not look the spell up, but this is just an example

Your strength is now 16(+3 mod)

+3(BAB) + +3(STR mod)=+6

I also noticed you used the SRD(3.5 version). Not all monster have the same attack progression in pathfinder so you should use the pathfinder version which can be found in the PRD

Pathfinder Deinonychus

The monster's primary attack are its bite and talons. It then gets 2 foreclaws.

Secondary attacks are at a -5 from the first attack.

So for you the attack will go

2 talons +6 (1d8+3),bite +6 (1d6+3), foreclaws +1 (1d4+1)

Liberty's Edge

LOOK UNDER the polymorph sub part for transmutation in the core book. in effect you use just your to hit. this may alter due to changes in strenth or dex and/or size.

Thanks Wraithstike

It makes sense to use the base BaB, but wasn't sure so thought I would ask real quick. Also thank you for the link to the Pathfinder dinosaur. Was only using the 3.5 one because it was the only website I managed to search through the animals.
