As the subject says, I was hoping some of you may have some thoughts on Pathfinderizing (Word needs that auto-added to the dictionary) the Holy Warrior from Green Ronin's Book of the Righteous.
I know GR updated the HW to 3.5 with a pdf (and the Unholy Warrior 3.5 is in the Book of Fiends).
So simply put, does anyone with these products think there's a need to update the 3.5 material and if so, what would you suggest? I use the BotR/BoF material in my campaign and would appreciate some pointers.
Has someone else dealt with this?

Yes, the paladin had a huge upgrade in Pathfinder and I would upgrade the 3.5 holy warrior as well. I did a message board search and was surprised at how many times this question was asked, and that no one has posted a conversion.
Personally, I thought about converting the holy warrior over but ultimately decided I would just give alternate mercies, aura abilities, and spell lists options since compared to the pathfinder versio,n the 3.5 holy warrior is very underwhelming.
If you want to mine someone's house rules for some suggestions I would take a look Kirth Gersen's house rules he posted in the house rules section of this message board. He turned the paladin into a prestige class allowing it to have the flexibility to me a more martial or spell casting character type as desired and by looking over his cleric domain options you can pick out some good options.

Thanks for the suggestions and I sorta think it may be simpler to just come up with a list of alt abilities for each domain or the like.
