Barbarian with lesser Beast totem and a one handed weapon

Rules Questions

I have a question I hope you will be able to help me with.

If a Barbarian chooses lesser Beast totem and also wields a one-handed weapon, will he then get a Primary Claw attack and a Primary One handed weapon attack?

Beast Totem, Lesser (Su): While raging, the barbarian gains two claw attacks. These attacks are considered primary attacks and are made at the barbarian’s full base attack bonus. The claws deal 1d6 points of slashing damage (1d4 if Small) plus the barbarian’s Strength modifier.

It doesn't state that you aren't allowede to use a one-handed weapon in your main hand and the make a claw attack with your off hand.

You may, but anytime that you make natural attacks in conjunction with manufactured weapons or unarmed strikes, each natural attack is treated as secondary (so your claw would have a -5 to hit, and only apply 1/2 your strength to the damage).
