When the "Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Inner Sea World Guide (PFRPG)"
is released, will that in effect be replacing the "Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting" as an official "Additional Resource" for the Pathfinder Society Organized Play? Or will it at least be added as a legal additional resource? Since the Inner Sea World Guide is an expansion of the old campaign setting, I would like to just buy that book instead of the older Chronicles Campaign book if possible. (I just recently joined the Pathfinder Society :)

I'm sure that it will eventually be added, but don't know why they would need to eliminate the old Campaign Setting.
However, you should be fine with just the new book. It should have almost all of the information from the old Setting, and more. So you should have your bases covered as a Player. And if you GM, a player using material from anything that is not part of the Core Assumption (Core Rulebook, Bestiary, Seeker of Secrets) must have a copy available to show the GM.

Well, they are not going to allow both the 3.5 version and the PRPG version of material. So while the old book may still stay on the list of additional material, the list of what is allowed from it will become even more limited. For all I know, everything currently allowed from the 3.5 book will be redone for PRPG rules in the new book and that would make nothing in the old book valid for play and make it pointless to still be a valid source.

I haven't gone through the massive World Guide yet to add its contents to the Additional Resources list, but when I do, I will be taking careful note of what is reproduced between the two books, what has been updated or changed, and what has been completely removed. I don't know yet how that will pan out in terms of altering what 3.5 material remains legal from the older iteration of the book, but I will be sure to make an announcement when the Additional Resources are updated explaining how it'll go down.
