Devastating Blow and Critical Feats

The 19th level ability of the two-handed fighter, devastating blow, states that magical weapon abilities like flaming burst won't activate on this critical hit. Since the critical feats aren't abilities of the weapon but of the fighter they would activate. Am I right?

Special weapon abilities that activate only on a critical hit do not activate if this critical hit is confirmed.

That is correct. The feats will trigger fine, considering you are giving up 4 attacks for it, not a big deal.

Though if I was 20th level a two-handed fighter, I would only use that ability while moving. Some boots of speed, a keen elven curve blade; for 6 attacks that crit threat on 15-20.

Yes critical feats and other effects that activate on critical hit except weapon abilities should activate. They already existed when the archetype was writen and would be included if were meant to be excluded from working. Of course the future might bring errata that will change it but I think that for a 19th level ability that sacrifices full attack it would be too weakening.

With a scythe, Devestating Blow is quite good. It's much worse with high threat weapons, though. But if you're interested in full attacks, Dawnflower Dervish is a much better archetype anyway.
