hey everyone, have a quick question. When making multiple attacks, what are the penalties normally? example if a monster has bite +8 and 2claws +3 if i use the bite attack do i then take the claw attacks at -2? and also if i say start with the 2 claws, do both claws get the full bonus? or does the second claw take a penalty as well as the bite to follow?

When making a full attack with your natural attacks, you use the attack bonuses as written, +8 and +3 in this case.
Natural attacks are either primary or secondary. Primary attacks (as the bite in your case) uses the full BAB + str modifier, while secondary attacks are made with BAB + str - 5. You don't add any additional penalties to the rolls when making a full attack.
To clarify, there might be other factors affecting the attack bonuses, such as weapon focus.
