Hey I'm pretty new to PFPRG and i just have a rules question regarding oracles and their spells known. Do they get their mystery spells added to their spells known list or to their pool of possible spells to know when they next gain a level? For example, if i had a 10th level bones oracle it would have 3 spells known: slay living (from the bones mystery), mass inflict light wounds and say flame strike. Is that correct?

The mystery spells are bonus spells that the Oracle automatically gets in addition to the ones you choose for the spells known.

Will add to what Mahorfeus said. Not only are the mystery spells in addition to those listed as “spells known,” but so are the cure/inflict spells.
In addition to the spells gained by oracles as they gain levels, each oracle also adds all of either the cure spells or the inflict spells to her list of spells known (cure spells include all spells with “cure” in the name, inflict spells include all spells with “inflict” in the name). These spells are added as soon as the oracle is capable of casting them.
So your 10th level bones oracle would have slay living and mass inflict light wounds automatically, then three other 5th-level spells of your choosing.
Oracles are pretty pimp.
It's true. Especially considering hat some of the spells on the bonus list are available at earlier spell levels than normal. Im looking at you life oracle.
Now I want to make that terribly gimmicky Gnome Heavens Oracle and spam Color Spray.

Also from the APG, the feat “Expanded Arcana” which allows taking of an additional spell known.
or two additional spells known if you stay below your highest spell level.
