While the group was fighting a band of bandits they got one of the bandits disabled. I had the bandit make an acrobatics check to set up a flank, but he did not attack, he just moved 15' and avoided the AoO with a check.
Since all he did was move I said that he was fine. The players countered that doing an acrobatics check should be considered strenuous.
We had a quick chat about it and I made my ruling, which did not change what I had done for the bandit's turn.
Also;
Short Story: Played my CoT campaign...TPK'd the group. Group makes new PCs and a player is making a Ninja with the Shadow Child Campaign Trait.
....When attacking targets in areas of dim light,
you do not suffer the standard 20% miss chance on attack
rolls for being in the poorly lit area.
Player asks if this will allow him to use precision based damage while in dim light. Effectively removing the concealment. Or does it just allow him to ignore the 20% miss chance, but the target is still effectively under concealment.
I ruled the later and the trait does not say that he ignores concealment, just the miss chance, while in Dim Light.
I mentioned to the group that I would bring these forward here and see other people's opinion on the matter(s).
So...Thoughts?

In my CoT game, we go with the former interpretation as if there's no miss chance, then you're not under the effects of concealment. I can see your argument, however.

My opinion is to tell him to pick up the APG feat that allows you to apply precision damage to creature with concealment.
Now, if the entry had mentioned something about the player not suffering the other penalties of dim lighting, such as applicable penalties to perception checks, then there might be more of an argument.
But the 20% seems very, very specific. After all, it could have given the player low-light or darkvision and left it at that. It didn't do that for a reason.
