OK, I'm creating an excel spreadsheet to automatically generate character sheets, but have run into a few rules that I'm not sure how to work.
1)I'm trying to determine the hit points for armor considering tiny or smaller creatures, here is the problem:
a) Creatures tiny or smaller have their armor bonus divided by 2. (page 153, "*" on table 6-8)
b) Armor hp are determined by armor bonus. (page 175, check column "hit points" on table 7-12)
c) You need to divide the hp by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium. (also page 175, "²" on table 7-12)
So... does this imply on a double hp reduction for characters tiny or smaller, due to armor bonus reduction AND rule "c" or am i missing something?
2) Trying to determine barbarian speed bonus w/ armor
a) The Barbarian Fast Movement class feature states that a barbarian’s land speed is increased +10 feet. This benefit applies when wearing medium armor. Also, to apply this bonus before modifying the barbarian’s speed because of any armor worn. (page 31)
So, a Human, w/ a land speed of 30ft., would have a base speed of 40ft. were it a barbarian. If it were to equip a medium armor, it would retain it's bonus. Now, to calculate the armor speed reduction, the rule states that bonus apply first, and i cannot find a 40ft. column on table 6-6 (page 151).
Can anyone enlighten me? Thank you in advance: )

I don't know the definite answer to your first question, but to the second... there is a section in the Additional Rules chapter titled "Armor and Encumbrance for Other Base Speeds" that has this info. A speed of 40 ft that is reduced turns into 30 ft.
As to the first question, I could see how very little armor only had half hp and only half an armor bonus, so it does look like a double reduction. Although, I know there was a rule in 3.5 that a doubling a double (x2 + x2) resulted in a triple (x3), but I'm not sure where/if this rule is listed in Pathfinder.

Trying to determine barbarian speed bonus w/ armor
The table you're looking for is under Mounts and Related Gear.
I'm trying to determine the hit points for armor considering tiny or smaller creatures, here is the problem:
Create the armor's statistics (hit points, armor bonus, weight) as though it were Medium sized. Then adjust those individual statistics using the appropriate method for the armor's actual size. In other words, you'll use b) to create the armor, but a) and c) to finalize the stats, and they don't overlap.

Thank you, at least one of the answers, now, if another kind would answer no.1 it would make my day :)
I found the multiplier rule. It is in the Combat chapter but only applies to damage:
Multiplying Damage: Sometimes you multiply damage by some factor, such as on a critical hit. Roll the damage (with all modifiers) multiple times and total the results.
Note: When you multiply damage more than once, each multiplier works off the original, unmultiplied damage. So if you are asked to double the damage twice, the end result is three times the normal damage.
Exception: Extra damage dice over and above a weapon's normal damage are never multiplied.
The wording of how the multiplying rule works has always been a bit confusing to me, but I guess it means that you start off with the original damage and then add whatever the multiplier provides.
So if you double damage, that provides one extra set of damage. Base damage (1) plus one extra set of damage (+1a). If you double it again, it provides another set of extra damage (+1b), but I guess you only apply the base damage once, so doubling a double is "1 for the base damage +1a for first double +1b for second double" = x3; instead of "(1 base +1a for first damage) + (1 base +1b for second damage)" which would equal x4.
Therefore, a double (1 +1a) and a triple (1 +1b +1c) would combine to give: 1 +1a for double +1b for triple +1c for triple = x4.
Or a double triple would combine to give: 1 +1a +1b +1c +1d = x5.
However, again, this is for multiplying damage. Still not sure if this would change the double doubling (i.e. quadruple) reduction for Tiny hp armor into a triple reduction.
