Has anyone tried Acrobat Reader 10 yet with extracting Images from Pazio PDFs? I skipped 9 because they took out the ability, I am hoping they added it back in 10.

Has anyone tried Acrobat Reader 10 yet with extracting Images from Pazio PDFs?
I just downloaded and installed Reader X a few minutes ago, and was able to copy several images from my local copy of the GameMastery Guide and paste them into a few applications (if that's what you mean by "extracting Images" Dragnmoon).
I'm using a Mac, so your mileage may vary.

In 8 you could Select the Picture and copy and paste it in "paint" for example with the labeling layer removed, in 9 you need to take a snapshot of the picture which includes the Label layer.

Both Adobe 9 and Adobe X have an 'Extract all images' function that allows you to export every image in a pdf.
If the image was built using layers - which Paizo does now - it'll export, say, "virgin" maps (ie maps without labels, traps, text, etc). Which is nice for VTT'ing.
the only downside it it exports -every- image, so it ends up being a TON of random image files that you have to clean up.

Ok I just tested it...
YES!!!! You can now upgrade to Adobe Reader 10, it has the ability to select the pictures from the PDFs without the label.
I am actually happy about this.

How'd you do it?
I just select the picture, hit ctrl + c and paste the picture in paint. Viola!
They took that ability out of Reader 9.

Personally, I've owned or had access to Adobe's Creative Suite, so I wasn't all that familiar with the precise terms used by Acrobat Reader. I'm sorry if my post wasn't clear.
When I've had any light- to heavy-lifting to do with PDF manipulation, I've tended to just open Illustrator and go from there.
I'm pleased Reader X allows such simple cut-and-paste of images; I tried using Acrobat Pro 9 and it was a bit more convoluted to select images when compared to Acrobat Reader X.
I'm happy you're happy, but then my handle is ...
