Can you move while under the effect of meld into stone?

Can you cast spells?

Supernatural Abilities?

Spell says you can cast on yourself, but that you can't see out (so that means no casting outside of the stone you're in). Safe to say that supernatural abilities should follow the same rules.

Ok, I have one for you. The spell says you have to leave the face you entered... Does that mean the exact face?

What if you entered a pillar. I always assumed if you melded into a stone and it was 5' thick, you could meld out the back (Like a wall)

any ideas?
