If one combatant is reduced to negative HP and Diehard stabilizes, will a sorcerer casting bleed upon that combatant then begin dying again and destabilize, or would the Diehard feat kick right in again?

Will a wizard's bonded item, when casting a spell, use up one of the wizard's daily spell allotments?
