A 3rd level Barbarian with Rage...

The description says the Barbarian can turn on Rage several times at once. Does this mean the effect stacks? For instance, the first use of Rage gives +4 STR and +4 CON for a number of rounds. Does this mean another use of Rage will Garner a total of +8/+8...and a 3rd use +12/+12?

A barbarian can call upon inner reserves of strength and ferocity, granting her additional combat prowess. Starting at 1st level, a barbarian can rage for a number of rounds per day equal to 4 + her Constitution modifier. At each level after 1st, she can rage for 2 additional rounds. Temporary increases to Constitution, such as those gained from rage and spells like bear's endurance, do not increase the total number of rounds that a barbarian can rage per day. A barbarian can enter rage as a free action. The total number of rounds of rage per day is renewed after resting for 8 hours, although these hours do not need to be consecutive.

While in rage, a barbarian gains a +4 morale bonus to her Strength and Constitution, as well as a +2 morale bonus on Will saves. In addition, she takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class. The increase to Constitution grants the barbarian 2 hit points per Hit Dice, but these disappear when the rage ends and are not lost first like temporary hit points. While in rage, a barbarian cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration.

A barbarian can end her rage as a free action and is fatigued after rage for a number of rounds equal to 2 times the number of rounds spent in the rage. A barbarian cannot enter a new rage while fatigued or exhausted but can otherwise enter rage multiple times during a single encounter or combat. If a barbarian falls unconscious, her rage immediately ends, placing her in peril of death.

Were are you reading the part about multiple rages? They can't do more than one rage at a time.

+1

plus remember that the same effect doesn't stack. You can't cast bless 5x on someone and get +5 to hit.

No. Bonuses from the same source do not stack, even if unnamed.

The sentence simply says the barbarian can rage for the number of rounds allowed as long is not fatigued.

Say, you can rage 10 round/day. For the first fight you rage 3 rounds. when you are not longer fatigued, you can rage again for other 7 rounds.

This can be a long fight of 7 rounds, or 7 fight lastin 1 round, or any combination.

I'm assuming you're referring to this line. While I can certainly see how it can be read to imply you can rage while raging, the context makes it pretty clear that it's referring to turning rage on and off during a long fight.

Is this the line you were referencing? This is a clarification on the difference between Pathfinder Rage and 3.X rage.

In 3.X, a Barbarian can only rage once per combat.

In Pathfinder, if you stop raging, and the combat is still going after you stop being fatigued, you can rage again if you want to.

Super Simple Example
Round 1: Rage
Round 2: You decide to stop Raging, you're now fatigued
Round 3: Still fatigued
Round 4: No longer fatigued, you may Rage again

Ok, so if I can Rage for 6 rounds, on the 4th round of Raging I STOP raging, only to re-start raging again on another encounter for the remainder of my daily Rage allotment. Or if the 1st encounter goes long enough, I may resume Rage for after fatigue has gone.

Unfortunately I play DDO, which while it has given me a familiarity with the rules after 2ed PnP, it has hindered me in Pathfinder PnP... a tough transition, but one we will continue to work out, especially with everyone's guidance on these forums!
