I have noticed that my pdf states that I add my CHA to AC only, whilst the srd here http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/oracle and here http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advanced/baseClasses/oracle.html state that CMD is also affected.

Which source is right?

The pdf has been errated. D20PFSRD is correct, it applies to both AC and CMD.

My question is, that when using Nature's Whisper do you get your full CHA bonus or is it limited by the max dex of the armor? EX: Full Plate with a CHA of 16 , do you get the full +3 or just the +1 allowed with max dex?

Sidestep Secret(Lore Mystery), is affected by your Max Dex bonus. Nature's Whispers does not have that restriction.

When in doubt, always use the PRD. D20pfsrd is a 3rd party site. The actual PRD is maintained by Paizo. The PRD always trumps the other.

D20pfsrd is easier to search, but double check the PRD for conformation.
