So... what would people like to see SGG do at PaizoCon, as long as I'm there? Should we try to run a game? See if we can a preview panel? Is anyone looking forward to the possibility of sitting at a table with us at the banquet? What would you like to see us try to arrange?
Oh, I'd love to play in a professionally-run Genius game. And, is there really a way to get a table with you at the dinner?

I wanted to put this in its own thread, since it really doesn't have much to do with Lisa's blog post.

There's certainly a chance SGG will be at the banquet. I don't know offhand how Paizo is doing the seating, so I don't know if there's any way to request sitting next to us or not.

Certainly anyone who wants some time with us is likely to be able to arrange that. we'll eat other meals as well, and may well announce a time and palce for people interested to join us.

And running a Pathfinder game is also on the table, if people are interested. And for the people who asked, yes I beleive we'll have a vendor's table.

If anyone else has questions/comments/suggestions for SGG's paizoCon activities, this is the thread to post them!

If you do run a Pathfinder game, use virtually all SGG products. Example: pre-gens are based off the Genius Guide series; virtually all the monsters are from SGG products; use SGG adventure (Warren of the Death Spider?); etc. Oh! Do you have a panel set up already to answer about SGG products current and future?

You should have a few drinks with LPJ Design!

If you're going to be present, I'd love that!

I like it! In fact, maybe SGG could come up with a new One Night Stand type adventure and debut it at PaizoCon. Owen could run it for some fans using SGG class pre gens only. That would be really interesting.

SGG coulld then offer the adventure for sale after PaizoCon of course (and maybe give it to those that played it at the Con for free)!

I did that at PaizoCon last year when I ran Warren of the Death Spider with a war master and shadow assassin. :)

Hyrum.

Okay, I have banquet tickets for myself and Stan!, so that's going to happen. And an all-Genius class game seems like a great idea, so I'll look into making that happen.

Anything else people would like to see or hear? Any interest in a SGG seminar of some kind? Want to hear how I broke into full-time game writing? talk about writing support and licensed material? Learn the story behind the '!' in Stan!'s name?

All and have someone video so I can watch it on Youtube ^_^

If it does ever get video recorded and shared online, I'd like to see some discussion of whether there's a remote possible chance that the P20 Modern project will be resurrected with a different gameplan. I'm probably reaching for the stars, but dammit, I can't let go. :)

I haven't given up on that either, and continue to work on a new gameplan.

I'm not going to be there (finances prevent such a trip) but I'd suggest not restricting the game to only SGG classes. I'd open it up to the others as well, provided the character is from a SGG race. I think a Piper Bard would fit right in with all the SGG classes without a problem.

Interesting point! I'll keep it in mind. The limiting factor may be how many pre-gens I can make by June. Unless I decide to hold a contest...

Or a standard class using an SGG option ...

A core cleric using an Exalted Domain, for instance :)

I'll be there when you do. Impatiently. :P

Pre-Gens for free SGG swag!? Why, Owen....only a (mad) super genius would think of such a thing. ;-)

+1!! Hopefully you will be able to revisit space, too. I'm starting to learn your starship building rules from d20 SWRPG and they look *brilliant* from here. Now, if only there were a matching ground-vehicle system...

Also, I like the idea of a panel discussing writing support and licensed material, videoed for youtube. (there's no way - short of changing alignment - that I'll be able to get from Louisiana to Paizo-Con this year)
