but there no wright up for Improved Familiar feat or i dont have the book. any know what book its in?

Improved familiar is a feat on page 127 of the core rulebook.

I'm actually not sure what the question is here! Are you asking where to find the Improved Familiar feat? If so, it's in the Pathfinder RPG Core rulebook.
