I'm considering starting an AP subscription soon, but I'd like to time it so that my first AP issue shipped will be #43 (Book 1 of Carrion Crown).
If I sign up for a subscription immediately after AP #42 is available to non-subscribers, and elect to begin my subscription with the next item in the series, will that start me out at AP #43 as intended?
Also, what method of shipping is used for AP subscriptions inside the continental U.S., and how much does it cost? (I prefer the lower rates offered by the good ol' USPS, if that helps - I don't need everything overnighted via FedEx or UPS to be happy!)

EDIT: Okay, I think I figured out how to handle timing the sub after reading the Carrion Crown discussion thread more thoroughly. I would still like to know about shipping costs, though. (Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, btw.)
Once issue #42 is released, you can opt to start a subscription with the next upcoming issue in a subscription, so yes, that will work as you would like it to.
The best way I can suggest to determine shipping costs is to add an Adventure Path volume to your shopping cart (by itself) and see which shipping option works best for you, as they change depending on where they are being shipped to. Please note that tracking is only available on packages delivered by UPS.
