Retraining?

Can you retrain a feat fro a previous level? Am I imagining having seen rules for this?

Fighters can retrain a bonus feat at levels 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20 provided that they aren't replacing a prerequisite for another feat they posess. I believe they are the only class that can do this.

The rules you are probably remembering where in 3.5's Player's Handbook 2.
