It may cost a little more up front, but just imagine the savings you'll have in the long run when your clothes never wear out! Especially useful for the quartermaster of any uniformed force. Fits easily on any ship or supply wagon, or use it right in the barracks!

Smiles.... you forgot the 2 gp for the Barrel :)
Designers have noted that it's OK to round the prices of magic items. Notice how all of the ring & wondrous item prices end in 00?
Anyway, I really liked your idea. I feel like this is exactly the kind of magic item that some folks might invest in. Also, given the usefulness of cantrips, I feel like a lot of "real people" might try to pick up just a touch of magical ability somehow. "I never did become a [cleric, wizard, bard, etc.] but look what I learned!"
If you're running a big kitchen, at a noble house or inn, for example, someone ought to have Detect Poison. It's not like Golarion has refrigeration or public health inspectors, so food poisoning could be quit common.
Light or Dancing Lights? No electricity, so night time is very dark and you can only fix that by lighting a fire of some kind, which requires fuel.
Mage Hand, Mending, and the almighty Prestidigitation, Create Water, Purify Food & Drink? Invaluable!
