"Eh, I wouldn;t worry too much about it. I don't plan ta get physical about it unless I have ta. So really it'll be up to this Beltias guy ta decide if he will give up the coin or not." Rast says in response to Sanya's words as they leave the Gold Goblin. "Now let's see about getting to Splithog Alley."
Gysseannia
Gysseannia follows along quietly after the boisterous couple, her senses alert for danger. Passive Perception: 15 She is near constantly cloaked in the umbral outlines of buildings, and even passersby, as though the shadows themselves reach out to envelop her.
As they approach Splithog Alley, she begins to actively scan the alleys, windows and rooftops for hidden assailants. Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25

There isn't much difference in the neighbourhood of the gambling hall respect to yesterday.Workers, prostitutes, kids on the streets, ships crew going in and out of taverns; and the shadow floating above your heads.
But you notice a lot of people is looking at all of your party like you are some great hero that just returned the city after completing whatever epic task.
In the next few hours going through the streets each of you will be importuned by various people, let me know where and how you ask info on Splithog Alley or this Beltias, or if you want to do something else

Sorry Gysseannia,i'll use that Perception roll when you'll be actually there, for now you are still walking in the city
Rast Hilden
Walking down the street with Sanya on his arm, Rast scans the area until he spots a man in one of the smaller stalls that run along the street. Stepping up to the stall, he says, "Beggin' yer pardon. Can ya point the way to Splithog Alley?" If the vendor is forthcoming, Rast will thank him and continue on in the direction the man pointed and ask people they come across the same question, hoping to get some sort of consensus as to how to get there.
Diplomacy:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Unfortunately, Rast doesn't know much beyond the River District, where the Publican House is located. :P
DM Ankoku DaiShogun
For Rast
The old looking man who sat against a dirty wall on a wet street look up to you, then answers "AHhh!!!! wouldn't know, sorry. You know my old bones, my old brain, my poor knees, i could be needin' help.... while talking, the man keeps rubbing the index and thumb fingers of his right hand against one another
Everyone
They aren't going to leave me going back home :-( that isn't a job, it is a prison L-(
Gysseannia
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Gysseannia sashays toward the man, smiling shyly as she does. As she nears him, she bats her eyelashes at him and breathlessly exclaims, 'I know how to help you remember.', just as she drives her knee up into his crotch.
'Now, where do we find Splithog Alley?' She asks in the same small girlish voice.
Rast Hilden
Having noted the men as they were walking through the street, Rast leans a little to the right and whispers to Sanya, "We got ourselves a crowd followin' us. Keep yer wits about and lets see what they do."
Then, seeing Gys strike the beggar, Rast winces before moving away from Sanya and placing himself between the tiefling and her target. "Enough of that!" he exclaimed, letting Gys know with his body language that if she was to try that again, it would mean having to go through him first.
Perception:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28
Sanya "San" Icefloe
Sanya, as usual totally distracted by the surroundings is quite surprised by Rast's comment and peeks in the direction he had showed her.
As she hears the man, Gyseannia has attacked, gurgle, she begins to whisper some arcane Irrisen words, sensing that danger is at hand.
Readying Ray of Frost, just in case the guys who were following us plan to attack.
DM Ankoku DaiShogun
The beggar Gysseannia hit starts shouting and calling for help.
Apparently he ignores the attempt of Gorag to aid him.
The small group after you now come closer, they are eight men lightly armored, many of them wear bandanas and have tatooes of obviously non magical origin. All of them smell of fish and sea,and have light dark skin, like sailors tend to have.
"Hear this poor men, you other should be ashamed of beating poor beggars like this. Our captain have a solution to help this men and to make you regret your rude manners." <laughs>
Another of them, even more amused "Yeah, at least some of you should help our crew steer the ship. Those two whores will have other jobs aboard"
All of them seem to be going to ready weapons
Gysseannia
I think just abour everyone else has acted, so I'll go ahead and act again
At the sailor's words, Gysseannia takes a step back from the man. She turns, drawing her hand crossbow and firing in one smooth motion.
Ranged Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Damage: 1d4 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + (6) = 9
DM Ankoku DaiShogun
Initiative order first of all, and your attacks will go accordingly, since they were readying themselves as well.
Initiative Rast 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14
Initiative Darius 1d20 ⇒ 14
Initiative Gysseannia 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Initiative Sailors thugs 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23
Initiative Gorag 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17
Initiative Sanya 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12
Initiative Bombur 1d20 ⇒ 11
Also, before combat everyone please makes a Reflex save DC 13
DM Ankoku DaiShogun
Four of the sailors failed their save, four obviously did it
Every one readies for troubles, but then.....
As soon as some one of you or your foes draws his weapon, he/she feels something weird.
As a first effect, every one who failed the save gets hit by a surprise attack for 1d3 ⇒ 2 HP damage.
Who did his/her save (and is wearing anything metallic,armors-shields,weapons,belts/bags with bukles, daggers, jewels ecc ecc) sees in time something being thrown and avoids being hit, but is at -1 attacks and -1 AC(metal armors only)
None of you still has the time to understand what is happening.
DM Ankoku DaiShogun
Round 1, not drawing a map yet, since not sure combat will really start
The sailors won initiative, but as many of them shout in pain after having being hit by something, all of them look around trying to figure what happened.
Many people from the street, this one and those nearby, scream in terror. Many start to run outside their houses;small metallic objects again fly all around the streets, out of windows or being shot off clothes and equipment worn.
The attack of Gysseannia connects, killing one of the surprised sailors, and for this round his friend seem in doubt if attacking or fleeing as four of them have already been wounded by the flying objects.
Your turn, the save you made counts for this round but unless you find a repair or try to figure what is happening you'll have to do a save each round for several minutes.Or you can start combat with the above penalties.Of course you have those penalties no matter the result of the save
Rast Hilden
"OW! What in Cayden's sober gait is going on!" Rast shouts as he is pelted by random balls of metal Taking a look around, he is surprised to see the metal springing from unlikely places and the metal leaping from his own armor and weapon occasionally jerks him one way and another. Uncertain of what to do, he shouts, "Find cover!" His thinking was it was better to minimize damage and avoid getting hit by the pieces of metal, if possible, so we will motion for Sanya, Gorag and his other companions to seek shelter.
Sanya "San" Icefloe
Sanya rubs her head, where she was hit by something like a waffle iron - luckily it was just a grazing shot. After she has regained her wits, she looks around and is fascinated by the spectacle.
RIDDLEPORT IS SO COOL! she exclaims, before she throws herself behind the next barrel that is large enough to grant cover.
DM Ankoku DaiShogun
Round 2
The sailors break morale and flee, shouting they recognized their foes as the heroes of the Golden Goblin. And trying to take cover from all the metallic improvised bullets that spring all over.
The streets soon are a mess of people screaming in pain and fear, throwing themselves on the ground or running aimlessly.
If someone wants to take AoO remember the penalties
Those who said they were looking for cover are safe for this round, everyone else will make another reflex save DC 13
Also you start to see better what is happening
Lukasz
Having ducked behind a nearby cart, Rast's head twists this way and that, trying to pinpoint the source of the flying metal missiles. In reply to Sanya's words, Rast shouts, "I can tell you this. I have never seen anything like this before...looks like you came to Riddleport and just the right time." Even with the chaos going on around him, Rast seems to maintain a smile, though it was slightly forced.
