Oracle of life and Mass heal

So in the erratta for the APG Mass Heal is a 16th level revelation spell for the Oracle of Life, but it is a 9th level spell. So in this case, does it functions as an 8th level spell for the Oracle, or do you just get a 9th level spell you can do nothing with yet?

Either you can now cast it as an 8th level spell or they made a mistake. I think we should hit the FAQ button.

Considering healing is really the Life Oracle's shtick, I suspect the intent was definitely to give them the spell as an 8th level spell (although that sets a strange precedent...)

Worth FAQing anyway.

9th level spell is true resurrection so it appears that high-level Life Oracles will be supreme healers with mass heal as 8th level spell.

note that Neutralise poison is a 4th level spell, and Oracles of Life get it at level 6.

they've already set a precendent of gaining spells early on the same archtype of character, Mass Heal is an 8th level spell for an Oracle of Life.
