I had a question about Glamered armor ability. Does it change the armor "into" normal clothing or does it only make the armor look like normal clothing?
Example: If plate mail is Glamered, can you change it into a robe and be able to put on and/or take it off like a robe or is it only a visual illusion?

It just looks as though it were clothing. It's an Illusion spell, after all, and IIRC a pretty low-level one; actually changing the armor into clothing is more the domain of Transmutation.
Still, it's better this way. If your armor operated like clothing, then it logically wouldn't provide the armor bonus either. As it is, you can fight in 'peasant's garb' on the city streets, while claiming the +8 bonus from heavy armor and not get arrested for plate-without-a-permit.

It's an illusion that disguises your armor, but doesn't change the method for getting into and out of it. You can glamer a suit of full plate to look like a Speedo but you'll still sink if you try to swim in it.
I tend to give characters glamered armor with two preset appearances. For example, they once found a suit of plate that naturally looked like incredibly shiny imperial parade armor, but it could be switched to look like a rusty suit of worn plate suitable for a poor knight--very nice for not sticking out on the battlefield without having it be able to look like whatever clothing you like, which is more Hat of Disguise territory.

It's just as heavy and clanky as is before. glamor is only a visual illusion. generally used to hide something a bit less clunky than full plate armor. which with it's noise would still give itself away.
