I've looked for an official answer on this but haven't been able to find one.
If I have an eidolon with six limbs, and thus a total of six claw attacks...would a single Improved Damage evolution grant each of those 6 the proper damage bump? Or do you have to take ID 3 times (since 2 claws is "one" attack per the evolution?
The way it reads with "attack form" in the description I would say Improved Damage (Claws) would apply to all Claws, thus only needing one, not three.
Any official rules wording on this??
Thanks!

I just tried building an eidolon in Hero Lab giving a quadruped 6 additional pairs of limbs, and each pair of limbs with additional claws. Using this build I could take the improved damage evolution for each pair of claws separately but it did not improve them all with one evolution. While not an official answer, it does seem the most logical as there are many examples of this type of evolution in nature (many crustaceans and insects). Also it keeps this evolution from dogpiling on one attack to make it too powerful.
Edit: to clarify limbs instead of the specific of legs.
