Dear Customer Care,

I haven’t received order 1544619 placed Dec 10, 2010, it’s the first time it has taken so long to arrive...

Can you please help me to track it? Do you have any info?

Your Pathfinder is definitely running late at this point, but it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. Please give it another week, and if you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, I will get you set up with a replacement. In the meantime, since it has been shipped, the PDF is available for download in the My Downloads area of your Paizo profile.
