Very slow download speeds with my AP sub

I just got my email about the next AP shipping. So I went and downloaded the PDF. The download speed was only about 70kb/ second. I am on cable broadband. I should be getting about 700KB/ second. I went to some other RPG sites and downloaded stuff and those were fine.

I suspect that was due to a large number of people getting their shipping emails too, and those people were also downloading, putting a heavy load on the server.
