Errors / errata: where to report?

I'm wondering where to report errors that I spot in the Pathfinder RPG rules. I just noticed that under the Celestial Sorcerer bloodline, in the Ascension power, there are two "Finally" sentences.

Nitpicky, but isn't that where the fun is? :)

Thanks. I've also noticed that on page 121 on my copy of the Core PDF, the rather nice image of the monk-like character dodging and catching arrows obscures some of the text. The background of the image is white, not transparent, and obscures everything beneath the "Deft Hands" heading, as well as some of the text in the left column.

That's a flaw in your PDF renderer. If you look at the same page in Adobe Reader, or probably any other reader not built on the same engine as yours, it'll be fine.

To answer the original question, there is usually an "Errata" discussion thread (or two) for each product.

As a suggestion to Paizo, I think it might be a good idea to auto-create a thread for possible errata and make it a tab on the product page, as the Reviews and Discussion tabs are now.

100% agree. Right now its always a mess when multiple people create separate errata threads for each and every product and then there's chaos and confusion about what to post where and then add in the new idea that there should be really two threads for each, one that says "hey, us in the community, this looks like errata, what do you think?" and then the "ok yeah we in the community give up and think this is actual errata" threads...

There actually is a FAQ tab for the major rulebook products—when items flagged as potential FAQs are answered, that's where the answer goes.

But asking everybody to keep all discussion on potential FAQ/errata to a single thread just wouldn't result in a manageable thread. (After all, Rules Questions takes up an entire *forum*...)

I noticed a serious (to me, anyway) error on the Animal Companion "Leopard" in the Pathfinder rules. The damage from a leopard bite is only 1D4, when in reality (yes, I know...) the bite is the same as that of a lion, over 650 PSI. The tiger's bite is nearly twice that of a lion, at over 1050 PSI. Both of those creatures do 1D6 bite damage. Same thing for the claw damage; leopards in fact are stronger, pound for pound, than lions. A 135 pound leopard can carry a 260 pound dead young giraffe in its mouth 20 feet up into a tree. Lions can't even climb...

I also don't understand the Charisma assigned. You have small cats at a charisma of 6, the same as dogs and horses. OK.. but then the big cats have a charisma of 10, which would make more sense.. but you gave the same charisma to a badger, which is only slightly less foul tempered than a Tasmanian Devil...and dinosaurs have a charisma of 14. Very confusing.

I think you need to make some corrections in that table. Or explain what part of pebbly rough lizard skin is more appealing than soft warm fur. :)
