I read someone had a "heros feast" to kick off the FF. I like this idea, and am going to include it. So my festival will kick off with the Hearos feast at the Mayors house, and end with the Demonskar Ball.
Has anyone actually run the heros feast, and if so, details and ideas would be welcome. I am going to start writing it up soon, and would appreciate any input..I've got all my events finished, and all the stuff for the Ball ( thanks DD) and am just working on the feast.

I read that someone had done a pre-festival feast..just thought it sounded cool.
I have an archery tourney, a wrestling tourney, a duelling contest, a riddle solving contest, a foot race, and I found that someone created a tournament of "Crater Ball" a game similar to water polo to be played on the lake..
I did up the Drinking contest to run for several nights and be like the NCAA basketball tournament, a field of 64 with each night reducing the numbers by half. I did an excel spreadsheet for this...looks pretty cool..Now I need to get my players to become involved in my plans, the hardest part...
