Horse Nomad

I am setting up a character that is an exiled Horse Nomad, but have found no information on any possible background info. I really don't want to wait for the new Sea Isle book. Can anybody point me in a direction for this info? I would prefer a free source rather than a book or download I would have to pay for.

But only mentionned, nothing really written in details.

Check out the Shoanti they have a horse riding clan...
