Since it did ship standard postal delivery, we don't have a tracking number to see where it's at. Your Pathfinder is definitely running late at this point, but it is not yet so late that we should give up on it. Please give it another week, and if you still haven't seen it by the end of next week, I will get you set up with a replacement. In the meantime, since it has been shipped, the PDF is available for download in the My Downloads area of your Paizo profile.

I've had my PDF copy since it was shipped. This is very frustrating everytime I get something shipped by postal service from you, its taken longer and longer each order. Used to be a week, then 2 now its almost 3 weeks from when this was shipped. Your site says 4-8 business days. Its clearly been beyond that and you want me to wait more? I feel you should change the delivery estmates. Sorry for the rant but very frustrated. I just had another order from you ship UPS. The tracker on that says I should get that Monday. Why do I have the feeling that I will get that first before the one that was shipped almost 3 weeks ago?

The shipping method that was chosen for your original order went by standard postal delivery, which can vary greatly in their ship times. We sadly do not have any control over delivery times once they leave our warehouse.
Again, I'm really sorry for the delay - in the future, you may want to consider using the more expensive but trackable option with UPS Ground.
