Call of Cthulhu D20 Adventures

3.5/d20/OGL

I don't know if this would fit better in this section or the Dungeon magazine one.

Anyway, I'm planning a D20 Call of Cthulhu campaign, and was looking for suggestions on adventures from Dungeon magazine (or other sources, for that matter) that would fit that theme.

It would be set in basically the same time period as DnD.

The Last Breaths of Ashenport is a great Cthulhu themed adventure...

It originally appeared in the first few issues of Dungeon Magazine once it went digital (#151-#153)...

Unfortunately, WotC has since made the 3.5 version of this adventure go away (either that or my Google-fu has greatly weakened), but the 4e version from issue 156 is available. And since you are going to be using the d20 CoC book anyway, that should not be a problem...

The story is basically a retooling of H.P. Lovecraft's story "Shadow Over Innsmouth", and IMHO, is a very good adventure (I just ran the 3.5 version this past Halloween and the players had a blast)...

Hope this is of some help to your quest...

Oh I can't think of the name of it....The Yellow Sign maybe? I don't know the issue. I believe it was pubnlished around the time of the Savage Tides AP.

Are you thinking of the adventure "And Madness Followed" from issue #134?

Spoiler:
Wherein (essentially) a bard goes around and performs "The King in Yellow" and starts transforming people into "horrors of the Far Realm"?

Which BTW, is another good Cthulhu themed adventure for high level PCs...

And don't forget "From Shore to Sea" and "Carrion Hill" for Pathfinder; both extremely Mythos oriented.
