Stealth and Sniping

So I was just wondering about something. If you have a level 10 halfling rogue, and you take the alternative racial trait "Go Unnoticed" (which reduces your stealth for sniping to -10) and take the APG advanced rogue talent "Stealthy Sniper" (which also reduces your stealth for sniping by -10), do they stack and you can have a halfling sniper that takes NO stealth penalties to sniping?!

Thanks ahead of time for the responses!

Hmmm, I don't see any wording that wouldn't let them stack. Stealthy Sniper changes the penalty from -20 to -10 (subtle difference, but ultimately irrelevant), while Go Unnoticed reduces the penalty by 10. So yeah, 10th level halfling rogues can potentially snipe at no penalty to Stealth.

Halfling rogues got something good?

Only at 10th level.

Well, I think it's good that they can even get the penalty reduced to -10 at level 1. :)

My MISTAKE! The Alternative Racial Trait is actually called "Swift as Shadows"
