Should they not be limited to "your size or smaller", the same with other attacks?

I also feel that any attempts to push targets anywhere should involve CMD, including pushing assault.

Nope. They are what they are. I don't like being able to do that to a creature no matter the size though, but it is rules legal. Grapple is not limited by size either but trip is.

I mean, a kobold pushing a Tarrasque? I don't think so.

That's right! Not only could an Epic-Level awakened Daddy Long Legs Monk pin the Tarrasque, but it could also put the Awesome Beast to it's knees with a swift kick to the family jewels.
