Hello friendly neighborhood Paizo customer service people.

I received notice on December 16th that my two orders had shipped. With a window of 4-8 business days that puts them ariving on th 28th. As of today the mail has come and I still have not recieved any packages.

I am certain you are tired of needy Paizo addicts(myself included) asking for their product.

Just wondering how long you think it will take for them to arrive and when I should be getting worried.

Unfortunately with the holidays, we do need to give them a little bit of extra delivery time before we declare it missing - if you have not received it by January 17th, please let us know and we'll get a replacement shipped out. Also, since they shipped out by standard postal delivery, I don't have a tracking number I can give you.

In the meantime, milk and cookies? *offers milk and cookies*
