Some weird spells for the Oracle

I guess these aren't 'questions' as such, just poking around in the spell lists with an eye to an Oracle, I suppose

spiritual weapon: requires high Wisdom to hit with it, rather than a 'spellcasting stat'...

righteous might: grants you DR...if you channel energy. not so good for a battle oracle...although since they do pick cure or inflict spells, that's sort of a hint as to which kind of DR they should get

imbue with spell ability: does this grant the target spells...or spell slots?

I didn't see any others right away, but I wasn't looking too hard. Any other weird spells out there?

the one where the oracle shares its curse with an enemy (it suffers all the bad penalties, not the oracle's current penalties)

Spiritual Weapon sort of makes sense (since there were no non-Wisdom casters with the spell on their list until the APG). It seems kind of odd that Spiritual Ally from the APG also uses Wisdom rather than 'Spellcasting stat'.

Easily house-ruled, but since all the spells of that nature from the Sorceror/Wizard list use whatever the class' spellcasting stat is, it is a bit frustrating.
