When applying the vampire template to a creature with racial hit dice, such as a hill giant, do you recalculate skills?
The template specifically says to leave HD, attacks, and saves alone, but does not mention skills at all. So, would my vampire giant now have 4 + Int mod skill ranks and the undead class skill list?
This question may apply to other templates as well, though I have not checked the wording of any others.
