I made a largeish purchase for the Black Friday sale (order placed on Nov 27), and the first two of three boxes arrived fairly soon thereafter. The third box has not yet arrived and I was wondering if there was some way of tracking that.

This stuff isn't intended as part of any sort of Christmas gift or anything (well, to myself, maybe), so there's no huge hurry or anything, but I was curious as to whether it had been shipped or was being held up because something was out of stock or something.

Well, your order was not held up here and all the packages shipped at the same time (no tracking number, alas), though we are outside the expected shipping time. I am hoping that it's just delayed somewhere because of the holidays - if you haven't received it by the beginning of the year, please let us know.

We have not received anything back yet :(
However, at this time of the year, the postal services can sometimes get delayed. We suggest giving it a bit more time to show up, and of course, if we get it sent back we will let you know as soon as possible.

Has the missing package bounced back to sender yet? Still no news here.
It's a large enough box that it's highly unlikely to have just fallen behind some equipment at a processing facility (I've worked in such places. Lots of letters behind the machines every night. Not so many boxes. :)), which makes theft (by a postal worker or someone else in the 'chain of custody') seem more likely*. The only ebay seller I'm seeing with more than a few of these very specific items up is trollandtoadgames, which could be expected to have them coincidentally, being a 'store' / online clearinghouse for gaming stuff.
I can't think of any way other than ebay (and similar venues) to track where the books might have gone, since there's no real value in stealing random boxes of crap from the mail if you don't resell them (and ebay, for all it leaves an electronic footprint, is probably smarter than selling them at a used book store in your hometown, since that's pretty much insanely dumb). Most likely, if they were snagged, whoever did so would have sold them for low prices within the first week, if at all possible, before they were even 'officially missing.' Long before I would have thought to check ebay...
I'm sure whatever means you use to track this stuff are a bit more sophisticated than my 'go to ebay and see who'se suddenly selling Arcanis, Blackmoor and / or Item Decks for suspiciously low prices' 'though. :)
